WhatsApp is ‘king of the castle’ of the Dutch chat applications, both in use and volume. And online services, e-commerce and customer service will increasingly take place on mobile. Chat apps such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger are busy claiming a place here. As far as business opportunities are concerned, we are only at the beginning of what is possible: for that you only have to look at, for example, WeChat on the Chinese market.
