Create an exclusive room : Users can create an exclusive collaboration space room directly in Piprive transactions to collaborate on documents.
Each room is automatically nam following the formula “Piprive – Company Name – Trading Name”.

Access control and Collaboration Space app synchronization mechanism : All Piprive users who log in to the collaboration space will automatically be assign to the “Piprive Users (Company Name)” group.
Collaboration spaces have unique
Permissions for each room, with access levels customiz bas on the Piprive user’s role.
All users : The room is open to the Piprive user group and supports inviting other users to join by name.
Item owner : Only resource special resource transaction participants and followers can enter the room by name.
Item owner’s visibility group : Synchronize only followers. This feature is available for the paid version of Piprive.
Item owner’s visibility aero leads group and sub-group : Synchronize followers only. This feature is available for Piprive paid version.
When transaction members Collaboration Space app in Piprive change, access permissions for the collaboration room will be automatically updat, ensuring that document permissions remain in sync with current transaction participants.
The “Request Access” feature allows users to easily request to join a specific room for collaboration.
