The more often your name and expertise appear in the comments section, the better the chances that the blogger and other readers will notice you and engage in more personal conversations with you.

If they do, start asking questions about their website and offer to write a guest post on your blog on the topic you talked about, and are they also open to accepting a guest post from you?

Make it a point to spend at least half an hour a week reading and commenting on new posts on these blogs, and make sure your comments add a lot of value to the conversation.

In fact, data-driven content is evergreen and counteracts the rapid obsolescence of online content.
