The Marketing Academy MAED approached the Townsend agency. The task: to set up an automatic funnel in Telegram and VKontakte to attract clients to marketing courses.

Townsend specialists set up funnels and features of telegram bots based on the chatbot designer in Chat2Desk. This is a scenario story similar to email funnels, only in messengers. The work consisted of seven stages, which we will discuss below.
